The Path of the Catalyst

Across the journey, we move intentionally from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap by internal flight, then continue south via a second internal flight and private island boat transfer to Koh Russey. Each stage is curated to support reflection and integration.

Born in a refugee camp on the Thailand-Cambodia border to parents who survived the Khmer Rouge, Cambodia has always been part of my story.

For years, I searched for success, achievement and external milestones, yet some of my greatest healing happened when I returned to the country that shaped my family's journey.

InnerGlo was created from that experience.

The journey involves moderate walking, particularly at the temples of Angkor Wat and during our visit to Phnom Kulen. While the pace is slow and intentional, you should be comfortable being on your feet for 1-2 hours at a time.
