By engaging with InnerGlo — including but not limited to online coaching, the 15-Day Reset program, retreat bookings, and digital content — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Description

InnerGlo offers personalised sports nutrition coaching, strength training programs, online coaching, retreat experiences, and educational content. All services are provided on a private, one-to-one or small-group basis unless otherwise specified.

Our programs are designed to support your wellness journey and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging with our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

4. Payments & Refunds

All fees for coaching, programs, and retreats are clearly stated at the time of purchase. Payment is required in full or via the agreed instalment plan before services commence.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by service. Retreat deposits are non-refundable. Coaching packages may be subject to a 14-day cooling-off period. Specific terms are provided at the point of booking.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by InnerGlo — including program materials, videos, guides, recipes, and digital downloads — is the intellectual property of InnerGlo and is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

InnerGlo provides wellness and fitness guidance. We are not medical professionals. You assume full responsibility for your health and safety when participating in any program or retreat. InnerGlo is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use of our services.

By participating, you confirm that you have consulted with a medical professional if necessary and are physically and mentally able to engage in the activities offered.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other participants, the InnerGlo community, or our brand.

8. Changes to Terms

InnerGlo reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
